Excellent customer service from Sandra from the minute we entered the store until we left. She was very knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much trouble for her.

Felt like our needs were being matched to the right product and had plenty of time to try mattresses out

We were greeted as we entered the store with no pressure just a friendly attitude.

All aspects of purchasing our new bed were dealt with in a very professional manner with very helpful sales personnel who explained things about the different beds and gave us extremely good advise. They gave us very friendly service offered us a drink keeping within the covid guide lines which really impressed us if only all sales people could be the same. Over all excellent service

Steve was very professional and helpful, couldn't do enough for me. The machine that helped decide what mattress was right for me, I'm a little sceptical about but it's a good wow factor I guess. Only thing that would've been helpful from the beginning was been made aware that I could use different pillows as well, this made finding the right mattress much easier.

Sandra the sales assistant was amazing throughout. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She actively listened to what I was wanting and went above and beyond to assist me .

We arrived at Dreams Redditch to look at Tempur Matresses. There were several on display and we were left to look around which we were happy with. At an appropriate time we were approached by Geoff who answered a number of questions for us. He was friendly whilst maintaining a professional distance. We were able to try the beds for comfort and had a coffee whilst we browsed other options that Geoff suggested. We decided to purchase a mattress and were happy with the offer of free pillows. We also purchased a protector and the damage guarantee. A quick deliver6 date has been set and we are looking forward to sleeping on our new bed. The experience was more pleasurable than expected mainly due to Geoff who assisted our purchase who made it easy seamless and enjoyable. Thank you DREAMS & GEOFF

A lovely lady called Sandra in the Redditch store was extremely friendly and helpful, she even stayed 20 minutes past closing time to assist me. I purchased a beautiful bed. Thank you Sandra.
