Geoff was very attentive and made sure he understood our requirements. I was impressed with his knowledge of the products and his recommendations after using the mattress selection machine.

I visited Dundee store & helpful staff helped me find what I was looking for using new technology. I went home to consider & tried to order online. While doing so,there was some confusion as to whether my order had gone through. It hadn’t,as the site had crashed at the finance/order point. It was then that my girlfriend was given the phone number of the Redditch store where STEVE basically did both of our orders or us over the phone. He couldn’t have been more helpful & he is the reason the confusing experience of the previous day trying to order online was irrelevant as he went out of his way to make sure that my order was settled & that my takeaway was of complete happiness. He was brilliant & I hope he gets some recognition from this. To be honest I don’t remember the staff in the Dundee store,although they were great & helped us decide what we actually wanted/needed,but it was STEVE in REDDITCH who really made the impression. I had a great laugh during the conversation with him & he got my order sorted with no real fuss,I was very impressed.

Very friendly greeting on arrival, Steve could not have been more friendly and courteous, he gave us a warm feeling and his covid information was spot on. My wife has extremely bad arthritis in her hips and between your technology and Steve's product knowledge we are hopeful that she will soon be getting the first good night's sleep for a very long time.
