Dreams - Redditch

Salesman was happy to take my money with no follow up phone call as promised to let me know about delivery. Since then ive been lied too about delivery dates. Would never recommend or shop with dreams ever again.

I was told the item was out if stock but it would be dispatched the following day so placed the order but on phoning the head office 3 days later was told it would be 21 days even though it was in stock so went back to the store and cancelled my order it also cost them £1200 pound bed your customers service leaves a lot to be desired

Bought Doze Deluxe Double Mattress. Attempted to sleep on for 2 nights (with mattress protector) - very, very uncomfortable. Visited store again and salesman attempted to sell me a mattress protector to put on top of that mattress at over another £100. He was very flippant with regard to 40 day comfort guarantee and said there was nothing else he could do for me.

I was approached by an assistant a few minutes after I entered the store and did not feel as if I was being rushed or 'pushed', Terry knew what he was talking about and listened to what I said about what I wanted. He also acknowledged that I did know what I wanted and did not try to give me information and advice I clearly did not want. A genuine sales person: quite unusual. Terry was courteous, asking if I would like a drink when we sat down for me to place my order. There was also rapport between him and his colleagues in which I was included. Quite a pleasant experience altogether.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit and Mr Takunder who served me was excellent in his manner and product knowledge and absolute helpfulness.

We walked in to your store was bright and cheerful lots of offers on display, the salesman Terry came over ask what sort of bed we where looking for and guided us to a great deal and we where greatly satisfied, we had purchased beds before off Dreams and now was the time to change our Mattresses after 8 years

I have no problem with the service that I received or with the product I purchased. My concern is your marketing policy that has really annoyed me. When I placed the order in store I was told that there was an additional delivery charge of £39 which I queried as I thought it was far too much. I did ask for this to be removed or be reduced to which the response was "there is no way round this".Stupidly, because of this comment, I agreed to pay the extra. Returning back home I had a look at the bed on line only to find that you offer FOC delivery! I now feel that I've been conned as I had been mislead because I did ask if there was any way round paying the delivery cost - well there was and owould appreciate your comments.
