I was sent 4 documents by email, odd, terms and conditions, order details, delivery info etc. I was unable to download or open any of the documents. I phoned the store 5 times to ask for them to be posted, the calls were not picked up. I left 2 messages no reply. I tried to complete a survey form I was given, but could not because I had no order number. Your systems do not work. All the emphasis is on sales, none on customer service after sales. I spent £940 In store in under 1 hour and was happy with the experience. The after care experience was extremely poor. It will be very interesting to see if completing this form makes any difference.

They keep trying to upsell. The delivery takes a long time and costs a lot

Salesmen were to pushy & would not leave us to browse in the end we had to actually say to them can you please just leave us to look by ourselves & we will ask you if we need assistance. On deciding on a mattress to buy the salesman asked us 3 times if we'd like to purchase new pillows even though after the 1st time he asked we told him we'd just bought new pillows..this didn't seem to put him off his sales pitch & continued another twice to sell us the pillows!

Salesman seemed to only show us expensive items, even after he was told the purchase was for residential care home (personal use) my mother purchased the item she felt comfortable on but no cheaper items were shown to us. My mother is in a wheelchair which we couldn't fit between the beds to look at items ourselves. And felt the salesman was very pushy in his sales pitch. Mom purchased the most comfortable bed out of the three were were shown. She then had doubts about having spent so much. We returned to the store the following day, 9th, two salesman were available when we went in and I heard a conversation between them that our original salesman didn't want to deal with us, we were approached by the other man who we explained the situ to and he showed us a couple of much cheaper beds one of which mom liked. He then said I'll get the other man, ( can't recall his name) who didnt arrive, I took mom up to the salesman and told him she wanted the bed, he then tried to palm us off into the man from the previous day who didn't want to serve us. He then proceeded to serve us. A very disappointing experience after such good experience last year.

I visited the store, was very pleased with Sandra the sales assistant, she was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. I found the bed I was pleased with, it was more than I could really afford so after being given a price and was told if I decided to purchase the bed a waiver of the cost for taking my old bed would be offered. I was very pleased but had to go away and look at my finances. When I returned to order the bed 9 days later the price could not be honoured and I ended up paying £40 more. Apparently prices are reviewed every Tuesday. This was a Tuesday same day the half price sale finished (which I don’t think my bed was half price) . My visit was before the store closed. So prices increased before the sale finished !!

Spending £2,000-00 on a mattress and ottoman bed base I only got a £23-00 discount. Signs displayed on shop floor stated 20% discount on bed bases , because I selected a mix and match bed and mattress 20% was not honoured. After spending £2,000-00 I expected a discount or a free insurance, mattress topper.It sounds like the more you spend the less discount you get. My discount of £23-00 works out at 1%.

I attended the store to try out the product, I was then charged for delivery after not being offered any other option then upon returning home I could see that if I had bought the product online I would have qualified for free delivery!!! Instead I wasn't given that option and had to pay £39.99!!
