The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Gave sound advice, were friendly and despite the store being the middle of being recarpeted they were efficient an made us feel welcome.

Steve the salesperson was really nice in his approach, Not pushy in anyway. He was very patient as i was very fussy on what i required as i had a spinal injury & I’m very tall, his knowledge was brilliant & he let me try 6 different types of mattress. He was also very funny & i can honestly say he made my buying experience enjoyable.

Overall it was quite simple to make my purchase, I visited the store with my partner and was greeted in the entrance but not pounced upon which is a rarity. Used the dreams mattress finder computer which scanned our bodies and used our information to work out what type of mattress we required. We was then shown our options by Geoff who described the materials and designs very well. We was then given plenty of time to choose the one we wanted. Very happy with the whole experience.
