Paid a little more than expected to

I am having to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery of my matress

Overall probably ended up paying a little bit more than I had expected. First delivery slot available wasn't until 13/5. Also I felt the delivery charge is a bit steep (£39). Assistant reduced charge for collecting old mattress from £39 to £22 but also a bit steep.

The prices were a little higher than expected as there were so many adverts about half price sales on TV / outside etc.

We visited the store 3 times before we purchased our new mattress and each time Terry was professional and helpful and we never felt under pressure to buy

I was happy but cost was pretty high

A month wait for the product is basically ridiculous, a store of ur brand should have them in stock , not satisfied at all
