The bed we ordered was not available to view in store

No information given on the charges for the delivery of the new bed and for the disposal of the old bed.

I do not like the added extra-----delivery charges

The choice was limited for the item we sought. Salesman overanticipated our desire to buy rather than look elsewhere first.

We visited twice and where advised both times without being over pressured, where as we went to other outlets and where pestered and felt we had been lied too

There was a very limited amount of headboards in stock. The staff always try and sell you extra things you don't want.

I visited the store the previous day and was informed by the assistant that a delivery charge would be wavered if i placed a further order to match my existing furniture. I didn't make an order that day however i returned the following morning and placed an order for another wardrobe to match my furniture purchased eighteen months earlier. I was attended by a different assistant who insisted i had to pay for the delivery charge - somewhat disappointing.

It took 5 minutes of wondering around before we got any assistance but we were the only customers at the store at that time. It was t an issue though because it gave us some time to look at the beds and try for comfort

The wait time was a little longer than I expected.

we would have liked to be left to discuss our requirements more plus stop mentioning our age!
