At point of sale being concluded I was NOT asked a out my preferences about any future marketing contact. Only when we returned home did I find that that ALL options had been applied! I do NOT wish to be contacted by home phone, mobile or post. Email is acceptable and MORE than sufficient. Please amend your records.

Overall I was very satisfied with the knowledge, friendliness and care of the sales staff who dealt with me. To be highly satisfied I would have liked the products delivered a little bit sooner.

There was no contact number for the store on the invoice. There was a space for it, but no number.

Was told I would have a phone call the next day when didn't happen. I did however receive it the following day just before I went to a competitor.

Salesmans limited ability to negotiate originally told delivery 3/4weeks then it jumped to 6/7weeks

Was close to buying a Benson's for bed option. Terry and his team provided a good down to earth approach with no gimmicky sales approach. We arrived late Saturday and the staff stayed beyond hours to help us. Very good experience and would recommend. Roger makes great coffee....

(a) delivery cost is rather high. (b) salesman was not fully familiar with the Terms and Conditions of the mattress insurance scheme.

I felt that I was getting a good deal at the time but once I returned home, the deal was a little smoke and mirrors. I am not saying that I didn't get a bad price I just felt that I could have got a better deal spending £3200 on a bed!!!
