There was not a lot of choice of single bed frames, and very little choice for bedside tables that would match the frame we purchased.

I was not Highly satisfied with the the experience for two reasons. Firstly there were not enough staff on the floor when I was in the store and the 2 that were there were having to share their time around at least 4 customers at once. I also have to wait 10 days for delivery which is excessive in my opinion. I asked if I could collect from store sooner and this was not an option. I did receive a discount of the delivery cost which I appreciate however due to ongoing back problems I need the matress asap not a £39 discount at this time.

We went to return the mattress for another one, and although we bought a more expensive mattress,we lost the original discount as the offer had expired!

TK was absolutely brilliant..Friendly, professional, didn't push the hard sell too much which totally puts me off buying things, and I felt by the time I left the store I'd made a friend! The only reason I have not put completely satisfied is because I thought your prices were a bit too high, and your range of wooden bed frames was a bit limited. The only reason I went ahead with the purchase was because TK was so lovely. He is a complete asset to your company. :-)

I HAVE A PROLAPSED DISC IN MY BACK AND NEEDED ADVICE ON THE BEST OPTION, WHICH WAS PROVIDED BY ROGER

Waiting time of 3 weeks for purchase much too long particularly as I had too pay the whole amount to secure purchase.

Everything was as satisfactory as it should be considering we have just spent a considerable amount of money in your store. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable but, to be honest, they wouldn't be anything else or we wouldn't buy anything.

My wife and I walked into an empty showroom and were 7 feet inside the store when a different member of staff shouted form across the store asking if they could help us. Rediculous! I have shared my feelings with the staff and we have laughed since but what a farce.
