I was satisfied with my visit

Very friendly helpful staff with terry and the whole team

paperwork for credit very slow, delivery waiting time very long, unable to arrange to collect items from store or collect that day.

The items we wanted weren't stocked in the store to try. Also shat we did order had a 2 month wait for delivery.

The types of mattresses were not clearly shown on them; the colour coding {Firm/med etc] is a good idea BUT there was no 'key' to explain which was what; the differenced between gel/latex/topper /no topper mattresses were not explained either. The sales people knew the answers and were helpful; but then we had to find out for ourselves which bed was in which category. As we knew we wanted X, and Y- it would have saved time and money to have a series of posters explaining how each type of mattress was constructed, colour code for firmness and the pros and cons of each

I felt a little rushed and at times misled.

Staff not to pushy when looking around gave and showed us different ways we could put the bed together

We were very satisfied with our visit to this store.

I haven't answered any question that indicated I was not highly satisfied with Dreams but I did answer two where I stated I was not highly satisfied with the price & the value. This is totally different and would have been applicable at any store. I rated these questions as such to reflect the fact that I was paying more than I had budgeted for and that I consider the prices excessive but do understand that this is a "what the market will stand" cost and begrudgingly appreciate that I must part with this value of money to get what is necessary.

We will be highly satisfied when delivery is made and all promises met.
