Dreams - Redditch

All questions answered, approachable staff. Yet to have item delivered so actual quality and comfort unknown!

The store was extremely busy and the staff were trying to meet everyone's needs at the same time. The staff were excellent but knowing others were waiting made me feel under pressure to finish and leave quickly. More staff required maybe?

The store assistant was a little condescending and asked me to fill in this survey and lie and say that we were offered a drink when we weren't. I was bit insulted he asked us to lie. I would also have liked delivery sooner.

The sales rep (Geoffrey(?)) spent time talking to us and trying to find out what we needed. Whilst he was keen for us to have the highest quality product we could afford, there was no pressure to spend over what we had intended to (we would have walked out of the store had this been the case!). We were offered a drink and made to feel as though our custom mattered.

a bed sheet was not available and it took some time to get to the bottom of how we could get one. We are driving back to the store when it comes in... It could not be added to the delivery of our bed - which seemed strange

Geoff was pleasant and attentive but not too over the top and didn't pressure or pester us. I would have told him to go away if he had been !!! He made us a drink and had just the right attitude. We had a laugh with him..

Choice of only two mattresses given.

5 week lead time on the bed we finally found at Dreams after previously visiting numerous other stores other than Dreams.

We were satisfied, I would never give a highly satisfied unless there was perfection. I do feel that the sales pitches were a bit too much.
