Dreams - Redditch

Overall very good. Only because we have not had mattress delivered so will be highly satisfied if mattress is as comfy as one in the store.

I had seen the bed on the Dreams website and could have ordered online but I wanted to see the bed. We live in Worcester and there is no longer a store in Worcester so we travelled to Redditch. This turned out to be a waste of a visit really as the item was not at the store. Had I have realised, there would have been no point in making the journey to the store.

Because there should always be room for improvement

More expensive that we emagined, and we have yet to receive the mattress to test out.

We actually came to Dreams a couple of times and the first time one of your employees was supposed to get back to us and didn't. I then chased up my enquiry and the employee barely remembered who we were and what our requirements were - even though they had previously written them down. I was disappointed as the store was empty and we had only come into store because an old friend of my husbands works for Dreams and we knew if we ordered in store it wold go towards the store target - as to be honest it is way easier to order online! Upon our second visit we were approached by a different employee who bent over backwards to be friendly and helpful and really wanted to get the sale - much more proactive approach.

The staff gave us all the time we needed, and never once did I feel under pressure to make up our minds. If we were not sure we were told the options that would be best for us, based on our needs. It was easy to know that Terry had taken into a count all the things we had said.

I WOULDN'T CONSIDER ANY BED BUYING EXPERIENCE AS BEING HIGHLY SATISFYING

The choice of medium firm mattresses was limited - but staff and service very satisfied

staff where not interested to begin with. Only tried out two mattress, no price was ever mentioned, only when I got home did I realise you do 5 medium sprung mattress. Why was I not shown options.! spent 800 and I am not happy with my order.
