I take delivery on28th January by choice

Not many models of low range items should i wanted them

We knew what we wanted so needed little assistance. The staff member assisting us was friendly and helpful when we needed to place order. The other staff members made no contact and did not acknowledge us. The shop was extremely hot and no ventilation.

I love a deal, no reflection on the service or ability of the staff while on site

The store was bright,airy and welcoming.We were offered a tea or coffee which was a nice touch. All the staff were very friendly and helpful,especially Lucy, who really went out of her way to make sure that everything was explained to our satisfaction.

Only 1 assistant in store so he had to move between several customers, no information of length of time to delivery until we placed the order, not given total price until order was being completed.

I just wanted a new bed frame there was one in the shop at £ 199.00 fine i wanted that .then on sitting down to do the business the other assistant said , oh you will have to wait atleast 5 weeks for one of those, have a look at this other type of frame ,this is more what you need, but i couldn't have that one for at least 3 weeks.so Ive now got to wait for this to turn up. I have got a mattress coming this week ,between 26th sept & 29th sept 18 at least they sell items they have got.

I was not happy at having to pay the full £1600 for goods that are not being delivered until 1st October. In fact I should not really have agreed to pay the full amount as you are gaining interest on my money. Its a lot of money to pay out and have to wait so long for delivery.

Took over an hour to put the order through!
