Served by Geoff who was very knowledgeable and patient. Offer drinks and insurance which we took out. Overall very satisfied with our visit and await delivery of the bed. Nothing was too much trouble for Geoff. Will be returning for next bed. Thank you

Myself and my wife were very impressed by the service we had from Sandra. Due to the way we were looked after we are going back in the near future to buy a sofa bed. Well done Sandra first class service.

Geoff was very attentive asking us what we wanted and explaining every thing that we should know and do for the best choice for our needs. We walked round looking at beds with Geoff talking about the differences there was to choose from. He took us to the sleepmatch and talked us through what to expect and told us to enjoy the experience of sleepmatch. He offered us a drink which we took him up on. We then went to the desk to find out all the ins and outs and cost which we agreed on. We enjoyed our visit to your store and would go again when needed

We shopped in the redditch branch. Steve helped us with out choice, he was friendly but not pushy, very knowledgeable and helpful, he even made us a cup of tea

Sandra the sales person was very helpful but not in your face, found her very informative and pleasant to converse with, very efficient and to the point. Would recommend a visit to Dreams if looking for a bed.

The gentlemen within the store we absolutely amazing. They helped us in every way possible whilst entertaining my children at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble.

Not usually a fan of being approached as soon as i walk in a store but Geoff at the Redditch store is a great guy with a good attitude & not pushy like some store staff Tried a few beds and amazingly the one we chose was one i had liked the look of online so very happy, going to be a long 7 days waiting for the bed to arrive lol
