I was satisfied just not highly satisfied. I think it was edging into the hard sell arena which I find uncomfortable. But generally the guy who served us was good and helpful.

Sandra was very knowledgeable and helpful and we were able to make our decision on the correct mattersss for our bed although it was a lot more expensive than we hoped to pay. D Chilton

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were not pushy but available if we needed them. I would only rate highly satisfied if everything had been exceptional. We received good service but felt prices were a little higher than we had expected.
