It was good but i think it could have been better, having to spend that amount of money can never be highly satisfying

Customer Service was great, Steve was very nice and caring. We gave him our budget and he showed us the proper options. Just felt it lacked some options for my Very Firm mattress in a £400-500 price range. But I’m happy with my purchase, I think cost benefit will be worth it, and lead time of a week also made us go for it. And we got the Bed Warranty, in case mattress changes its structure during its life time - which was the reason why we went out to buy a new mattress. Our Simba got relatively softer after 1 year and started to cause my husband back pain. Can’t wait to start using my new mattress.

I felt that even though the staff were very helpful that would be the minimum standard expected there were no issues and I happily visit again.

The colour choice I really wanted was not available, but the sales assistant managed to find me an excellent alternative

The new credit application software being trialed at the store was glitchy and perhaps the assistant was unfamiliar so the process was slow. That said the two assistants were helpful and humorous so did not really detract from our overall experience.

Service was very good, but there is always room for improvement.

I never give the top rating on everything..nothing to criticise

Store layout could be a bit better & better signage. I wanted a roll up mattress to take away that day but they did not do them in the small double I needed.
