Staff instore did not 'jump' on us as soon as we entered - we were allowed to browse before they came to see if we needed assistance. Help was given (plus a cup of coffee) with professionalism and good humour - staff were both knowledgable and friendly which made it easier to ask questions and also be confident that we received the correct answers. We were pleased to receive not just help but also advice and guidance, coupled with information on related products and a willingness to listen to want we wanted and not an attempt to sell what might have been the latest promotion. Felt your staff had our interets at heart (though certain they also followed company guidelines in ensuring the sale was completed to our mutual satisfaction!!)

Car parking was available. The Dreams colleague Terry was couteous, helpful and friendly. He explained what was available, suggested various alternatives, explained the differences, gave us time by ourselves, offered us tea or coffee and dealt with the paperwork efficiently. Through his expertise we tried out mattresses that we would not have considered, one of which we purchased, as it was the most comfortable.

Very friendly and knowledgible staff who took time to understand my requirements. Also they let me try the pillows on a tempur mattress so that I could feel what I was buying.

As a previous customer to Dreams ( 3rd time purchase ) the service we recieved from Terry was excemplory and upheld all our previous experiences as being excellent. No sooner had we entered the store that Terry was by our side and demonstrating the various qualities that each mattress possessed enquiring as to what we currently had and what are needs were. With only expectation of window shopping, within 40mins we had tried out several beds, had a cup of tea and made the purchase.
