When we arrived we were meet by a helpful and pleasent staff member who listened to our needs and explained the lay out of what we were looking for.We were left to explore the shop hustle re foe a while which was nice not having a salesman breathing down your neck. After a short while he came over to assist us in making our choice showing various options. Well done a very good experience.

From the moment we walked in the store we felt comfortable the staff were all very friendly roger was the salesman who served us he was very helpful showed us different mattresses fetched us pillows so we could lie on the beds and test them and made us a lovely hot cup of tea and coffee and from deciding which mattress we wanted to ordering it didn't take to long

Excellent customer service from Roger. He looked after us, listened to our requirements and with his product knowledge and xperience came up with a product (s) that we were very happy with. A great customer shopping experience all round. As exciting as bed shopping could be!!!

When I went into the store a gentleman called Daren asked us what we were looking for. I explained exactly what I wanted & we were advised on several beds which were ideal for our needs. Daren knew what he was talking about and was extremely helpful. The ordering & the delivery of our beds was done efficiently & we were extremely happy with the overall service.

Great friendly atmosphere in the store Staff more than willing to support with great product knowledge. Just a pleasurable shopping experience
