The Dreams representitive was extremely helpful, pleasent and polite and allowed us as much time as we required and also answered all of questions we had with a complete degree of understanding. We did not feel intimidated in any way or under pressure to make a purchase whilst we were browsing.

We received excellent service from Roger. He took time to understand what we were looking for in a mattress. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of the products and did not push us in into buying. He answered our questions.
