Visited the Redditch branch and had fantastic service by TK and Terry. Very professional, very helpful and true ambassadors for your company. i would thoroughly recommend these two for being involved in any future training needs for your internal recruitment or new store openings.

Darren the gentleman who advised and served us in store was very helpful and very pleasant. There was no rush in selling us a bed encouraging us to try out the matresses which suited our needs and even had a cup of tea made while making our decision. The delivery time was reasonable and then when delivering the bed we was fully informed of when it was being delivered with a phonecall in the morning with a 2 hour slot given. Upon delivery the gents called Dan and Carl were very polite, efficent and very helpful and the bed was assembled in no time with instructions given clearly.Overall very happy with the customer service given throughout the whole experience and now cant wait to get into our new bed! Thank you very much.

Very friendly staff and listened to our needs steering us towards products that met our requirements

I was able to talk about my requirement and get advice on what would suit me best, and place an order very efficiently. I was given a delivery date, which was 3 weeks later. I was a little disappointed that I had to wait so long, although the salesman explained that sometimes delivery could be up to 6 weeks. Had that been the case, I'm not so sure that I would have made the purchase.

The two gentlemen were very pleasant and helpful,it was a pleasure to shop and we were offered coffee.

Wewere allowed time to browse on our own but when we needed advice Terry an assistant immediately asked us what we required and helped us to decide on the mattress he felt fitted our requirements. We were given a drink and found the whole procedure very pleasant.

The sales assistant, TK, was very polite throughout my visit. He asked questions that enabled him to understand what my requirements were & explained the different types of mattresses in a courteous manner. Not just satisfied with getting the sale he help me carry three duvets to my car. He is a credit to your company.
