We browsed the selection of beds & as soon as we needed help a friendly assistant came over & was helpful, but not pushy. He helped us narrow the choices down & appeared very knowledgeable. He was able to place our order quickly & efficiently.

The purchase ticked all boxes in terms of price, quality and value for money. Staff were helpful in assisting us in our choice without being pushy.

The service in the store was excellent. The delivery guys were very helpful, pleasant and polite. I am so pleased with the product.

I came to dreams as I intended to make a major investment in a good mattress and bed frame, and have always been very impressed by your service on previous visits for more minor items. Takunda (TK08) served me and was very helpful, friendly, couteous, and knowledgable, helping me find exactly the right mattress and frame for my needs. Takunda also makes a good mug of coffee!

As you had a sale on at the moment, I was surprised we did not get a better deal, but I am sure I will be pleased with our new bed. When I came to Dreams I did not intend to buy immediately, but think about it. Even now I am not sure we have made the right decision. The staff in Dreams were helpful and very nice, it is not their fault I feel like this.
