Salesman was very helpful. However he let us decide and didn't push us.

Information was helpful. Was made to feel comfortable and was even offered a cup of coffee. I explained my price range and a suitable bed was offered.

The sales assistants were all very friendly and helpful, talking us through different options and explaining the benefits of each. At no point did we feel pressured into making a quick decision, but were given plenty of time to talk through the options without anyone breathing down our necks, an experience which was the complete opposite to that of one of your competitors!

The standard of the customer service was exemplary We said we were just looking at first and we were left to look at the range however as soon as we wanted assistance TK was there to help even giving us a cup of coffee When the delivery date was given he identified from us that it was too long and we were offered nearer alternative date There were 3 staff that were working that day and they were all very friendly but not too pushy and gave us a really good service .

we were approached as soon as we entered the store ,and asked did we need help ,we had already been on line and picked what we wanted ,so to see it was as good as what we had seen ,we were very happy .and the assistant was so nice ,where else are you offered a chair and coffee ,also the delivery men were very kind and moved the bed upstairs for us ,also being in our late 70s every bit of help goes a long way .thanks .

The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly without being overpowering and there was a good range of products on display. The store was not at all busy and overall it was a very pleasant buying experience.

The gentleman that served us was polite, understood our requirements gave us space to make our decision overall excellent service
