I was highly satisfied from the minute I stepped into the shop they went above and beyond and the delivery guys couldn't do enough for us very polite friendly thankyou very much.

Steve was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. He is an asset to the Redditch store.

Sandra was welcoming and friendly throughout our visit to Dreams. She was very helpful and patient with us as we took our time trying out the beds recommended.

Friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. The quality of the items, the time spent serving us and the speed of delivery (Saturday ordered, to Wednesday delivery). Although the item was expensive, we trust that it will be as worth it.

Our questions were expertly answered, we were given advice and allowed time to browse and decide which was the best bed for our needs

Stephen was most welcoming and asked a range of question to understand our requirements. Was helpful considering option size of bed.p,divide,d cool water on one of the hottest days of th,e year. Preparation of invoice was speedy.it was a pleasure to shop at your Redditch store and will recommend to friends and family.

Steve was an excellent salesman. Took time to talk to our son who we are buying the bed for, asked what kind of bed he needed and showed him various options till he was able to make his choice. Didn't feel pressured, and completed the paperwork efficiently and quickly. Very impressed.

We were very impressed with the knowledge of Sandra from the Redditch branch. We said what we wanted and after putting us on the bed that determines what type of mattress was good for us she took us through each option and asked us to try each one to see what mattress we preferred. She was so patient and friendly and very professional and as the day was so hot offered us very welcome ice cold water which we so appreciated. While she put through our selections and found dates for delivery she mentioned that duvets, pillows etc were on offer with the order, so we took this offer up. We would certainly recommend Dreams and the lovely professional Sandra to friends.
