Steve the store manager helped us and he showed us various options on the mattress to chose from, the bed I already knew which one I wanted, I went slightly over my budget but I do believe you have a good product and service so I can live with that.

Well laid out showroom with clear and informative POS material. No pressure from sales staff and well informed advice and assistance given as soon as it was required in a helpful and friendly manner. The order process was clearly explained and the sales transaction efficiently executed.

The staff member wasn't to pushy his knowledge and advise was very good we did not feel pressured at all. Which made us make the order.

Very impressed with service at the Redditch store - staff member (Darren) was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in (mattress), as well as being very friendly, helpful and gave us excellent advice. We were more than satisfied when we left the store.

He[p readily given and all questions answred. we were then left to try beds and discuss our needs without interruption PLUS a cuppa. I felt confident with the salesman and he was extremely polite and helpful.

The sales assistant (Roger at Redditch Washford Retail Park) was really friendly and spent time talking to me about the various products and we decided together which bed would best suit my needs. The service was quick and easy and Roger kept me informed each step if the way and was happy to explain anything I wasn't sure about. He made my experience at Dreams brilliant!

On entering the store TK (Takunda) made himself available to us straight away. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us to choose the best to suit our needs. He gave good honest advice and did not try to rush us in our purchase. He gave his full attention throughout the transaction and was a pleasure to deal with.

It was a painless operation buying a new bed
