Dealt with professionally, left us to try the beds but was available to help when needed

The sales person was very helpful and advised us on the different mattresses available, talking us through the different firmness and also the split mattress firmness on some. The mattresses and beds were colour coded to help our choice.

We were not sure exactly what we required but the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what our requirements were

On entering the store I was alloowed to browse before being met by Roger Groves who listened to what mattress I required before allowing me to sample any bed in the store. Very polite and allowed me time to consider what mattress was best for me.

We had an excellent experience from the Dreams staff who clearly understood our needs and demonstrated excellent product knowledge. We were consequently able to make an informed choice and look forward to receiving our order in the near future. In addition to this, the sales staff were great fun and made our shopping experience very entertaining, even providing us with cups of tea. Overall, I would definitely return to Dreams and will recommend them to friends and family at every opportunity.

My Visit was made comfortable we were not pushed or rushed we were allowed to look at what we wanted without anyone coming up to us to rush a sale, when we had looked around the assistant came asked if we needed help by which at that time we did need to ask questions he explained about each type beds in store then left us alone so we could continue to view we appreciated that time alone to decided then we asked the assistance for more guidance and the sale was made with a nice coffee

Roger Groves was very knowledgeable and helpful. He understood what we were looking for.

We were left to wonder around which is how it should be the sales staff which was a man called Takunda after a while he came asked if we needed help by then we did he showed us mattresses all different types sizes explained in detail he answered all my questions and was satisfied to order the mattress from Dreams my plan was to visit your store then go look at Bensons beds but we stayed with Dreams and I will recommend the Redditch store and the friendly staff inc TAKUNDA who took our order and make a nice coffee
