Dreams - Redditch

We were met by salesman Terry @ Redditch, {B198} very low pressure sale, showed us various items across various budgets, no rush, no fuss, didn't follow us around or push us BUT was there to answer our questions or concerns. He showed us the Tempur pillows also {soft and firm} and we opted to purchase a mattress and two new pillows. Easy transaction and would go back again.

We were served by Terry who was very knowledgable of the products and listened to why I needed to change our mattress due to a lower back problem. He was emphatic & asked questions to find solutions

We were assisted by 'GC' Terry to advise us on the differing types of mattresses including makes, materials etc. His approach was friendly and he balanced the 'offering advice' and allowing us to make a personal choice, very well so the sale didn't feel pressured. The experience was both casual and professional resulting in both parties achieving their goal, us, a new mattress, Barry, a sale. We even bought a pillow too!!

We were highly satisfied with all the aspects of the Redditch Store and all the staff there. We were attended to by a young gentleman called Takunda who was very professional, courteous and extremely helpful giving us all the attention we needed to select our bed frame, nothing was to much trouble. Coffee was served and the whole team made us feel very welcome. A pleasure to shop and we would recommend this store to our friends.

Our assistant, Terry, asked us the important questions that he needed to know about our needs, paid very careful attention to everything we said, then presented us with the most appropriate options, helping us to reach a considered yet fairly quick decision. We had very specific needs for our daughter who is due to go through spinal correction surgery and Terry was able to explain the most appropriate solution gained from previous feedback - this was clearly an important decision for us and Terry understood that. We also purchased a second mattress (a replacement for my wife and I) and Terry helped us to find a very comfortable mattress (and pillows) that didn't break the bank. Overall, the most positive retail experience we could have imagined so delighted so far with the service.
