T.k was very helpful and very approachable friendly and his product knowledge was excellent... we only went in to look at beds but because of T.K and his excellent customer service we brought a bed mattress and matching bed side tables..

we were served by Takunda at the redditch branch. He had very good knowledge of the mattresses. He encouraged us to try all the mattresses out taking in mind that myself and my husband wanted different firmness of mattresses. He never tried to rush us at all or put pressure on us to buy the dearest mattress.He was able to answer all our questions with ease. He went through the paper work with us thoroughly checking all the details were correct. Takunda had a great sense of humor which he needed with us and was very professional,l we even had the manger laughing by the time we left.
