When a member of staff noticed I had found what I was looking for they came over to assist - there is nothing worse than an assistance "attacking" you as soon as you walk in, they then proceeded to talk me through a couple of things to make sure the decision was correct, the friendliness of all staff was lovely

Found a bed exactly what I was looking for. Staff also friendly

It was just great. As soon as we walked in we was welcomed by an assistant. He told us what beds were where and he gave us a comfy pillow to try the beds with. If we had any questions he knew everything we needed to know. He was happy and he spoke to my 3 and 1 year old instead of ignoring them because they are children! He told us all prices not just the price of the bed but also delivery charge and taking the bed away charge if we wanted it. We did walk out of one bed place (not dreams) because they told us the price and that would be the price then decided after choosing the bed we wanted there was another charge which would be delivery. That did not go down well. So we can not fault your assistant he was brilliant.

Went in spoke to an assistant who showed us exactly what we wanted. Explained it thoroughly very helpful.

Tj the sales man took the time to show us through a number of products until we were satisfied

Terry was helpful without being pushy. He answered our questions thoroughly and explained any technical points clearly and gave us his time.

We were looked after by "Terry" who was very knowledgeable regards all products on sale. He was very polite and curteous, more importantly "Not pushy" The store was extremely well presented as to Terry and all other staff within the store. All members of staff came across as very genuine and happy to help. This helped to lift the whole experience for us both.

We were assisted by Roger at Dreams in Redditch who immediately came to our assistance as we walked through the door and guided us to the type of bed we needed for our son and then was very helpful in helping us choose a headboard for our own bed.

Terry the staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the beds we were looking at. He advised us on which bed was suitable for my back problem. There was no pressure sales, just good advice.
