I felt that the customer service was excellent - the man who served us was very knowledgable about the products and was able to give us a good idea of the range of beds and mattresses which resulted in our decision to be very clear. It was altogether a very nice experience, lovely clean spacious store with plenty of choice. The salesman was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for him, he explained everything to us un great detail. Very happy.

Takunda who served us was very knowledgeable, he took time showing us different beds and sorting out the correct pillows for us, we did not feel pressurised into a sale. The other staff Terry & Lee were also very pleasant and the store has a relaxed atmosphere.

Able to look round without being hassled. When we needed help & assistance the assistant was extremely helpful, and was able to answer all our questions.

Knowledgeable staff. We were served by TK who got the balance exactly right between attending us and giving us time on our own to decide exactly which mattress we wanted. Plenty of choice, plenty of room in the shop. Friendly staff, and we even made us a cup of tea.

During my visit to dreams I was served by a pleasant gentlemen called TK. He gave me a clear understanding of the product I was purchasing. He possessed a great knowledge of all the products I was shown in my visit as well as being a friendly individual to myself and my Fiancé.

Assistance very helpful and friendly would go back again
