We were looking for a new mattress. The assistant was very helpful, and made suggestions based on what we had told him we were looking for.

The sales assistant, Terence, was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand our requirements.

We were buying a new mattress a d if was explained to us all the different types available, the staff were really jolly and helpful but not overpowering we left alone to make our decision

We walked in and were approached almost straight away. We explained what we were after and were shown the products we needed. We were given advice and help with our choices. It was a quick checkout once we had decided and the fact that delivery is so quick too is amazing. Thank you to Roger for all your help

The store assistant Roger was very attentive and listened to my requests and advised accordingly.

My daughter and I were given the information we required and left to make our decisions without any pressure from the assistant.

Shop Operative was extremely helpful, allowed time to dwell on all range of products, excellent understanding of the product range. Polite, very approachable - but not overbearing at all, warm with good sense of humour.

I felt that the customer service was excellent - the man who served us was very knowledgable about the products and was able to give us a good idea of the range of beds and mattresses which resulted in our decision to be very clear.
