We thought the service that we received was second to none. TK would was the main assistant that we spoke to was very informative and took time to explain all features and benefits of the products. He even provided us with additional pillows to try. We appreciated the time given which allowed us to make our decision without feeling pressured in any way. All members of staff were friendly and made us feel very comfortable whilst in the store. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family and we look forward to shopping with you in the future.

Very helpful sales person but not pushy took time to answer all questions. Easy acces and free parking made shopping pleasant experience.

the staff made me very wellcome treated me very well as i,m a disabled person and showed me round the store and various beds and did everything they could to help me with me needs which he did do with high reguard I comend the sales person who delt with me very highly and i would recomend any one to to dreams not just to look round but to puchase a bed as you do get very good quality for what you spend and the comfort you need as i can not wait for my bed to be belivered

The two salesman listen to my needs and offered relevant products to suit, I will be returning for the more expensive option after Christmas

Staff were very helpful and knowledgable about the products we were interested in. There was no high pressure sell, just a relaxed atmosphere.

Treated as an individual and with full attention to detail

Both the members of staff on duty, Terry and Kevin, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Admittedly, my wife and I were the only customers in the shop at the time and had undivided attention. It was almost a pleasure to part with so much money.
