The salesman TK was so helpful and really showed an interest in what we needed to accommodate my disability

I have made several purchases at this store and have always had excellent service. from friendly and knowledgeable staff

The salesman, Roger, was helpful and friendly too. The store was pleasant, with plenty of products to choose from. Roger was patient and was happy for us to continue to shop even though it was past the closing time and he should have been going home. The whole team were jovial and we didn't feel as if we were being a nuisance.

Roger helped me selecting a bed for my needs, very helpfull and friendly, also makes a fantastic cup of tea.

I felt secure in the knowledge we could try the product out and change if we are not completely satisfied.

TK was very helpful and knowledgeable everything was explained in great detail very happy with the products cant wait for them to arrive

The staff were very helpful without being pushy and the store is well laid out so that you can try a number of beds easily. No pressure. Nice coffee. Altogether a pleasant experience

I found that I was made most welcome by your assistant roger who helped us to decide which mattress was most suitable for us he also went out of his way to make us feel at ease. He did an excellent job of arranging a quick delivery date which helped us to decide on your company overall we would use you again

This is the second purchase in a few weeks, each time I have found the staff to be extremely helpful knowledgable, and gave me time to make up my mind about the purchase. The mattress I bought earlier is the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I will be purchasing a bed for my guest room in the New Year and I will return to the same store with confidence that I will get the same experience.
