I had bought my previous bed from the Redditch branch some years ago, the it was a Saltan mattress bought over 8 years ago ... and needed replacing - I showed Steve the label on my current bed and told him i wanted the same/simular as very happy with it. He was very attentive patient and kind, and showed me different beds to which i tried them all and made my choice very easily, was very happy i tried other. Your guys in Redditch were very friendly as witnessed service given to another couple why my purchase details and delivery details were been keyed in by Steve (very nice guy who knows his stuff!) I was very please with the delivery date was expecting the usual 2-4 weeks but is arriving in a weeks time. Happy with the recycling of my old one and provided a bag to put it in but was informed that if i couldn't lift it to put it in the delivery guys will help. Happy knowing that, but will be bagged and ready for their arrival. Not received my bed as yet but very happy so far :)

From the initially greeting, to the offer of a drink, use of pillows, the sleep match machine, Covid Safety everything was excellent.

The lady that we spoke to and then placed our order with was very friendly and very efficient, she really looked after us well and gave a gold standard service. We only wish everyone could be so efficient.

Steve and Geoff very attentive and helpful from the minute I walked into the store. They listened to my needs and guided me to products which suited my needs. Excellent service

We brought our last mattress from Dreams about 8 years ago and decided to go and have a look again. Enjoyed the bed test to optimise the best mattress for our needs and the sales lady was very helpful.

Our salesman Steve was very helpful and professional. We were offered drinks, given good advice and we felt very safe in the store as social distancing and appropriate precautions were taken. Steve went out of his way to provide good customer service.

We came in at 5:20 and we were served promptly by a very friendly member of staff. She guided us to the bed machine thing so we could find out about support and then she only showed us beds that were within our price limit which we were very appreciative of. We were also offered an ice cold bottle of water which went down a treat. We were able to find a mattress that we loved and even bought 2 pillows all within about 20 mins. Very efficient we loved it

Sandra was very helpful, gave us a fitting on the simulation bed. Showed us the resulting options ran through the pricing scenarios, then left us to retry the beds on our own to make our minds up once an for all. We were returning customers

Baz, the store manager was extremely professional, knowledgable and went out of his way to make sure that we were given time to try out the mattresses recommended by the automated sleepmaster system (not sure that is the right terminology) and that the mattress we chose was the correct size and type for our existing divan bed. Baz offered us bottles of water and made sure that the recommended Covid safe measures were adhered to by covering the pillows we were trying out with protective sleeves. He was also very helpful and patient when we were purchasing new pillows and understood our health needs. The ordering process was efficient and quick but not rushed and we were given plenty of time to make decisions. The written information we were given was clearly and precisely worded and overall we felt completely reassured that we had made the right choice and confident that the delivery process would be exactly as described. Please congratulate Baz on the high quality service he provided. Baz is a great ambassador for Dreams.
