we found kevin from Redditch store extremely helpful ,courteous and informative .

We didn't feel pressured or pursued around the store as in some other places. It was a relaxed atmosphere, the store was clean and nicely set out. The sales people were all extremely pleasant and friendly and beds were tidied and pillows straightened ready for the next customer to try. I felt that we were allowed to browse around ourselves and when we needed to ask for some help there was someone available. Just loved his attitude towards us and our needs. Nothing was too much trouble getting this pillow and that, then colour swatches. He made the sale very easy. Would recommend Dreams and my local store in particular.

Whilst looking around the store Kevin came to ask if we needed any help. We told Kevin what we thought we wanted and what we'd read on the internet about it concerned us. With that in mind he took us to another choice of mattresses we would never have considered otherwise and we actually ended up buying the one he recommended there and then. Kevin made what was slowly becoming a frustrating experience for myself and my partner, after weeks of visiting bed shops a joyable experience. We both laughed several times with him and he gave us the time without being a pushy sales person (we all get annoyed with that type!) Whilst paying we dealt with Kevin & Steve and again all I remembered was laughing whilst we added extra items and paid. I can't thank Kevin and Steve enough for making me feel I can tolerate going bed shopping in the future and thank you to them both again for making it such an enjoyable experience. We were so pleased with everything we got and the price we paid we wouldn't hesitate to recommend or come back again in the future. Thanks again both of them!

A very friendly atmosphere. No high pressure selling which can be off-putting. The Salesman never left us until we decided on a purchase and we felt very important.

Knowledge and friendliness of staff. Given plenty of time to decide on what, after all, is an important purchase. Product Availability. Paperwork dealt with efficiently, pleased with options for delivery.

We found that the store assistances had a good knowledge of your products and guided us to the product we were looking for and not over pressured us in to going for something we did not come to the store for. This led us to a very satisfying experience. Thank You.

The sales colleague, Kevin, was exceptional. really knowledgeable and friendly, and everyone in the store contended well with out hyperactive toddler! even got made a cup of tea whilst Kevin was finishing off with his previous customers! really impressed throughout.

We were given the opportunity to look around the shop, the sales assistant offered help when he noticed we were looking for something specific. We were given advice and able to discuss our requirements we did not feel pushed in to a decision or a purchase Kevin was both friendly and helpful without being pushy
