Dreams - Redditch

Great staff, friendly and knowledgable. Kevin and TK were really friendly and didn't put any pressure on us. We were there quite a while and they were very patient with us. Kevin was great to deal with and helped us a with putting together the package overall all with the mattress, pillows and bed frame.

This is the second mattress we have bought here. Very happy with the service and product.

From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. The assistance we had from the salesman was excellent, he did not push us into anything, he explained about the different mattresses and even to the paying he was very helpful. Kevin Kendall was a great salesman. good choice.

We had never visited a Dreams store before. It was Sunday morning, rising heavily, just after New Year, and when we arrived there were few customers, around 11 am. We had a good look round on our own, but after we had settled on two or three models that attracted our interest, we sought help, information and advice from one of the Dreams sales representatives. Helpful and courteous. We made a purchase!

We went to Redditch dreams, as we had previously used the store and knew it to be good, and hold a full range of stock, and as on previous occasion's we were not disappointed. We were left alone to have a good look around the store and try the mattresses before the staff asked us what help we needed, and they helped us out, and put our order through. We would strongly recommend dreams as the bed store of choice.

Kevin spent time understanding what we were looking for and then pointed us towards the products that were likely to be most appropriate.

We were served by Roger, he was very helpful and friendly. We have visited the redditch store and made purchases before and have always found the staff very nice and efficient. Would definitely go again and recomend to family and friends
