It's was quite strait forward the salesman answered all our questions, so we felt happy to go ahead with the purchase. We were very satisfied with the service and knowledge of our salesman. Thank you.

We phoned ahead and we were given assistance in where to come and what products to expect. When we arrived at the store, we were given directions to the products we wanted to look at. We then were greeted with the gentleman who had spoken to us over the phone and he remembered our requirements. We were all offered tea and coffee and the information given to us was tailored to our needs. We had demonstrations on how the beds worked, as it was for my disabled Mother, who was entirely pleased with the attention given to her.

Kevin the sales guy was so helpful in listening to our needs and showed us a range of beds to suit us, he was a really nice guy as was the other sales guys in the store. From walking into the store to been greeted, to placing the order was a nice chilled out experiance ..... could have easily had a snooze on every mattress I tried!! We even got to choose a delivery to suit us and was no pressured to take delivery as soon as possible. can't wait to receive delivery in march...... and can' t wait even more to sleep in a luxury bed. Thank you for a fatastic customer service expierace Dreams!! Will most defiantly be recomnending you.... in fact I already have!

Friendliness of staff. Didn't rush the sale. Advised of all alternatives and left us to decide in our own time.

when we first entered the store we had now idea of what type of mattress we were looking for. We were then approached by a sales assistant who was very knowledgeable about the kind of mattress that we should be looking at after a few questions about ourselves, we both have back problems and found this very helpful indeed. We were looking at 3 mattress's and with Rogers help we were to choose a mattress that we both feel is very comfortable and can wait to take delivery.

As i suffer from severe back problems, the help and advice i received from assistant Terry at Redditch store was second to none. Very helpful. Mattress i ordered is due for delivery next weekend. Old mattress will be removed and new mattress will be installed. Great service. Thank you.

We were attended to promptly,then left to have a wander round without hassle,then we were asked if we needed assistance again and we said we did,the member of staff was extremely helpful and was very un-pushy and guided us when we asked many questions.
