My wife and I were absolutely stunned at the level of/and commitment of service to us on our arrival and through to our departure. Having someone who understands our needs and especially dedicated to help find a product that suited my disability! and, at such a high level was a refreshing change. All of the staff at Redditch made themselves know but especially a dedicated member TK/Roger went far above and behond to help us! We We're we hugely impressed with his presence, knowledge, attitude and understanding. We even purchased more products than intended as we felt very reasured these would help. thank you for a quallity of service that is hard to find now a days!! Thank you for a very high quallity service!!!

Visited Redditch store to look for a new bed. The assistant was very helpful giving advice on the best base and mattress for our son. The assistant asked relevant questions to assess what was the best product for us. As we could not place order on first visit I returned the next day to place order. Very easy to place order and easy to organise delivery.

From the minute we walked into Dreams in Redditch we felt relaxed because of the friendliness of the staff, they didn't hound us but was there to answer our questions. We dreaded the fact that we had to try out all the different mattresses but surprised that we didn't feel silly at all .We were even given a coffee while we waited to purchase our bed. We loved Kevin and TK they were brilliant in fact HIGHLY brilliant and made our day with their wit and charm. Three cheers for Redditch team have already recommended them to our family and friends.

Kevin, the salesperson was very understanding of our needs, and was attentive without being overbearing. The store was spotlessly clean and all beds on show were immaculately made up. wenever felt under pressure to make a purchase.
