We were greeted when we entered the store, asked if we wanted assistance and when we said "not at the moment, we're just looking" Kevin left us alone. He came back to help and wasn't pushy at all. Very helpful and really friendly. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything or to run out the shop screaming. Great all round experience. Ended up buying 3 mattresses.

Staff not only listened to our requirements, they checked our purchase history and used this to inform their suggestion of products suited to our needs. Delivery was adjusted to our specific requirements and everything was explained well, including the 30 day change guarantee and the 8 year warrantee.

Upon entering the store we were welcomed immediately and given advice and pointers to start our shopping experience, however we were never pushed or given the hard-sell. Kevin was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, which made us feel at ease and he encouraged us to try out all the beds, even putting up with my indecisiveness! Without his help we wouldn't have spent as much as we did, nor would we have ended up with all the products we've purchased - we feel we'll be delighted for years to come with our bed, mattress and pillows. Will definitely recommend and be back ourselves in the future.

We were met by an assistant who helped us to find the product we were looking for. He was very friendly and showed us all the options available to us. He helped us choose the correct mattress and base and discussed the mattress covers and damage cover before completing the order in a speedy efficient manner. He also arranged a suitably convenient date for delivery. All of this was done in a friendly helpful manner.
