The service we received from Kevin and Lee was great, if all stores could have staff that were as good shopping would be a Much nicer experience 😊

We were given very knowledge advice by a very good salesman.

We knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend and the sales assistant was spot on with the differences between the mattresses we were looking at and made it so easy to purchase.The other good thing about the staff is they didnt pounce on us or hassle us a soon as we walked in.

We went in looking for a high bed. Kevin was friendly, courteous and really took the time and patience to understand exactly what we wanted and from there we narrowed down what we actually needed.

Kevin and the team where very attentive and friendly but not on s pushy sales way. Were on hand immediately for assistance when needed. Great customer service!

Kevin assisted throughout our visit. His product knowledge and advise was particularly helpful in a manner which wasn't appressive as experienced in other high street outlets.

The reason I am highly satisfied is due to mainly the person who help who was Kevin in the redditch store. We had enough money for the bed but not for the mattress, we asked Kevin if we could put the mattress on finance and he advised of course which was happiness to my ears! Kevin made the order process so easy and explained everything with us!

The store was well laid out and prices clear to follow. The staff were not over bearing but there when you needed them. Paperwork was completed quickly.

Roger was very patient with us ( my husband and I) . We had gone in to look at the Hypnos range of mattresses after seeing it on line . He explained about the different manufacturers and asked if either of us had any ailments. We both have lower back pain and I also get neck pain . He suggested some to try out and explained differences in construction etc. We were also offered a drink during our visit which we did refuse but we thought it was a nice touch. The staff especially Steve and Roger were very easy to talk to and I would recommend the store to others.
