We were shopping for my father who is disabled and wanted a new bed. The second we walked in Kevin approached us and wowed us with his personality and product knowledge. We didn't stop laughing and the rest of the team including Steve were superb. We felt like we were with friends and nothing was too much trouble. The staff including Kevin have a brilliant sense of humour, make you feel very comfortable even when lying down trying out beds and my dad and I agree it was simply a brilliant and wonderful shopping experience. Kevin walked us to the car and all of the staff waved us off from inside the shop. Absolutely brilliant, can't fault Kevin, Steve and the rest of the team. Redditch Dreams should feel justifiably proud of their staff. You guys rock!!!!

There was a large choice of different mattresses and varied prices to suit most budgets. When I needed assistance there was someone ready to give advise. I did not feel pressured or hassled at any time.

We walked in and were met by friendly and polite staff who did not pressure but were on hand to give professional advice when needed. We were given a coffee and time to consider our purchase and talked through every aspect.

We were made very welcome on our arrival, and the salesman Kevin, was very helpful in our making a choice from a wide range of headboards. There was no pressure sales whatsoever, and the salesman was patient with us as we eventually made our choice, and delivery was arranged suitable to meet our schedules, even though we live in a 1st floor apartment, he assured us that the delivery man would call us to ensure we were ready an available. Even mentioned that the man delivering the headboard would also fit it for us should we need it. Overall we left extremely pleased with the service given.

It was very clean and nearly laid out easy to get around the different parts of the store and Kevin was extremely helpful
