Dreams - Redditch

My mother is 79 years old and is having trouble getting in and out of bed ,I popped into the Dreams store to see if there was something that would help her. I explained the situation to a salesman called Terry and job done, returned with my mother later that day and she was happy with the product but wanted to think about it After a couple of days she told me to order the bed,so I returned to the shop and a salesman called Kevin promptly sorted and arranged delivery excellent service

The staff were not pushy and were available to answer our questions. Our questions were answered quickly and if the staff werent sure, they looked it up for us without issue. Advice was given to us in a straightforward, clear manner and it was a pleasure to shop for a new ned especially as we were undecided at one point. Would highly recommend as were really pleased with our visit

On arrival Kevin asked if we were ok, I was specific that I would like to browse and call if needed. We were left alone but Kevin was close enough to give advice when I seekel it. He wasn't intrusive but kept a good distance for when I needed him.

We were allowed to enter the store without being "pounced" on, but as we began to try out some of the beds an assistant (Terry) approached us to explain more about the beds and their labelling. He was to the point yet clear with his explanations. Our whole experience was entirely positive.

Steve and Kevin guided us around the range of beds in their Redditch branch explaining all the technical details and advantages / disadvantages of each mattress allowing us time to try and decide on which to choose , they were there when we needed them supplying tea and coffee but no pressure which was what we needed . When we had decided on which range of mattress we wanted they were able to explain the options and found out what other mattresses the company produced which were not in the showroom their prices and if suited to our needs , we decided on mattress type , firmness all with their help but it was our choice in the end .

I was pleased to first be given time to look around, but then the staff had acknowledged me and as I walked round then approached to ask if I could be helped.

We went to buy a good mattress and Roger at the Redditch store was incredibly helpful and kind. He and his working colleague Terry went out of their way to assist people in the store at the time. Once we had chosen our preferred quality mattress he made us a lovely cup of tea and went through the various options like the 8yr guarantee cover etc. All in all an excellent experience .....I had bought a bed and similar mattress from the Worcester Dreams (now no longer there) about 5yrs ago (for my spare room) and wanted a similar mattress - which we found and at a good price too! Roger was a lovely man and very knowledgable about the products - we would definitely shop there again!

The store in Reddich and the team Roger and Terry (particularly Roger as he helped us) was great. We found the mattress we wanted very quickly and Roger made us a cup of tea and sorted the paperwork plus gave us all the options like the 8yr guarantee etc all of which we took! All in all a great shopping experience and a great outcome. We would shop there again any time!!
