Friendly staff when we entered the store, took time to understand our requirements and encouraged us to lie on the beds and try them out. The staff even made us a cup of tea. When we decided on the bed & mattress, the staff sat us down and walked us through the options around delivery and taking our old bed away.

The two staff helped us enormously. We hadn't a bed at our new cottage and needed one that night. They pulled out all the stops in their enthusiasm to accomodate us. My wife and I were able to drive away a dismantled showroom bed and they loaded the car for us and off we went to assemble it and sleep in our new home on our first night. We both could not have been happier with staff. Best wishes to both.

Very friendly store, served by a gentleman with a very good rapport, had a little bit of banter whilst still staying highly professional. Good knowledge of product. Did not feel pressured into buying but given own space to make a decision.

Sales man did not jump on me so to speak, introduced himself and let me browse for about 10 minutes without pestering me like other shops who dont leave you alone. He was very friendly and had a good product knowledge

The Dreams colleague whos name was TK was extremely considerate of my disability and gave me time to think about my possible purchase.He did not pressurise or hurry me and gave me the benefit of his knowledge regarding the construction of the mattress that I was interested in.I am extremely pleased with my experierience at this Dreams Department.

We came into the shop not knowing any information on mattresses and your friendly assistant Terry was extremely knowledgeable and helped us decide what to buy. We bought a tempapur mattress and 2 tempura pillows. Although Terry placed an incorrect order initially he was efficient at putting his mistake right and we came away extremely satisfied and excited to try our new pillows out that evening!
