Steve the sales assistant was extremly knowledgable, friendly and offered excellent customer care throughout, brilliant in every way.

We went in purely to look at potential new mattresses, mainly to kill time whilst we were waiting to speak to a car dealership. We were helped by a man named Geoff who was exceptional. We took our two daughters with us and he picked up on their names by listening to us talking to them and interacted with them the whole time we were there. Geoff knowledge was brilliant and as a result, what was a time killing excercise turned into us spending £5000 with Geoff. We actually have access to discounts if we purchased online, we chose not to use them so that Geoff got the sale because he was faultless and the rest of the team there were all extremely professional and friendly, offering us and our daughters drinks throughout. Cannot fault this team, they're a credit to your business
