Terry and the team were absolutely great sharing banter and ensuring our experience was excellent. We were given a card with Reference B198 but I have not seen anywhere to enter it yet. Also I cannot remember the excact time of day we purchased the item and there is no allowance in your survey for even AM or PM. So my answer may be incorrect as to time of visit. But I saw Terry on a previous occassion and I returned to purchase the bed based on his interaction with me. I had tried Bensons Beds but was not too happy about the very pushy way the salesman tried to coerce a purchase out of me when I clearly said I was only looking on this first visit. As you see I never went back to Bensons. Well done Team Dreams. I will return at some point.

terry met me at the front door and took me straight to the section i needed, and showed me all the options one of which was just what i needed for my orthopaedic bed bed.

We attended other bed stores but at Dreams the mattresses appeared better quality. The male who assisted my husband and I with our requirements was very competant and took us through his product knowledge of each manufacturer. He asked us various questions to ascertain the correct type of mattress that would suit our needs. We felt very satisfied with the purchase we made after our consultation with your staff at the store.

Assistant answered all my queries honestly and had good product knowledge and I was impressed that having indicated a budget he did not try to pressure me into exceeding that.The fact that I subsequently did was my decision having tested several products and realising that for a purchase that will be expected to last several years the extra expense would be money well spent.
