I found all the team to be friendly whilst still allowing me the freedom to look around the store without having an assistant chasing me to offer their help. When I did want advice and assistance staff were readily available and knowledgeable about the product I wanted to purchase.

I had visited the store a couple of weeks ago and a very helpful member of staff answered any questions I asked. On this visit I just came in to purchase the bed

We were more than satisfied with our total Dreams experiance, however, not received our purchase as yet so after sales and delivery yet to evaluate. The sales assistant was extremely help full and experianced without being to forcefull additionally the store manager provided an overall level of quality support and help during our visit, very satisfied.

The assistant Roger was excellent - not pushy but very knowledgeable

Staff were very helpful without any hard pressure selling which would have definitely put me off purchasing. We are hoping the product will be as good as the purchasing experience .

The sales man was very knowledgeable and friendly and I was able to walk out in 10 minutes with a vacuumed packed mattress for my daughter.
