Good knowledge from the staff good product

Good choice of product coupled with good price range. Clearly labeled with staff product knowledge made our shop easy

Member of staff very knowledgeable not pushy gave us information then allowed us to try several beds on our own. Came back and gave assistance when required. Very pleasant to deal with and a good sense of humour.

The overall helpfullness of the staff we delt with, namely Kevin & Roger. there input to what we were looking for was excellant and very courtious. We were highly satisfied with them both and would recomend them to all our friends and subsequent shoppers, yours Ken & Gill Dawe

No high pressure salesmen hovering around. The advice we wanted was given and then we were left to walk round the store until we needed help

The assistant was attentive, very knowledgeable, helped us chose an appropriate mattress for our son and was very patient whilst we tried out many mattresses for ourselves.

I was able to place an order, arrange suitable delivery time and pay before my 2 young daughters got bored.
