Dreams - Redditch

We visited the Redditch store in March to test out the mattresses and liked the Langley Mattress (which was on sale). We returned in April when we were in a position to order the mattress however it was no longer on sale (which we were very disappointed that we had missed out on the discount). However all the team, especially Kevin and Roger were very helpful and helped us choose a different mattress that we actually preferred! They talked us through all the options and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Once we decided on the mattress we set about sorting the payment plan and although we had a few hiccups (I bought my passport and not my drivers license!) everything was set up quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with the service and made to feel very comfortable. (I even had a decent cuppa made by Kevin in store!). This was our first time purchasing a mattress as we are taking the next step by moving out of the parents home so these guys made it so easy and straight forward we are so grateful. Thank You!

Lovely staff, helpful and even got a brew

Roger spent a long time helping my daughter find a mattress. He explained the difference between the various construction of mattresses. Once he narrowed my daughter's preferences down, he was able to help her find the right mattress. He was patient and didn't hurry us up at all. I explained that I wouldn't order it straight away, because I wanted my daughter to understand that she doesn't just walk into a shop and gets what she wants. When I returned a week later to check that it was definitely the right mattress for her, I went to place the order. Unfortunately when I asked for Roger he wasn't in that day, I was a bit upset because he had put a lot of effort and time into helping us find the perfect mattress, Kevin picked up on this and was most helpful, and put the sale in under Roger's name. I thought that this was an exceptional example of team work and fabulous customer service. Kevin was also very good at putting the sale through and took the time to explain everything to us. Top marks to both gentlemen at the Redditch store. Excellent customer service is what people expect, but don't always receive. I felt that I received a master class in excellent customer Service.

Friendly staff. Made a great cup of tea. Although my 4 year old was racing around the store they didn't make me feel uncomfortable and even engaged with my son and his antics. I felt like I was with family and that they cared. Very pleasant visit.

Store was bright and clean, plenty of products to choose from , staff were very friendly and helped me every step of the way , so it did not take me long to choose a bed and mattress that was right for me A ++++

We weren't pestered as soon as entering the store, which was good because we wanted time to look around. When we wanted assistance the salesman was right there, very attentive and friendly. I'm hoping we made the right choice of bed and we will know after couple of weeks of trying it out.

Service by Kevin and manger was excellent nothing was to much for them your store was recommended to us by family and I wound do the same

We found it really easy to walk round the store to choose the bed we want. Roger and team were really helpful in explaining the different types of Divan bed available . After trying out different mattresses we decided that the Entice Acti K was ideal for us including the matching Divan. The price was right and delivery dates were perfect. It was delivered on time requested by Dave and Norm who were really helpful and friendly. The put the bed together in no time at all in a very expert way and made sure it was put in the right place in our bedroom. Our first night sleeping on it was really comfortable and we are sure this will continue. Thank you Dreams for a great bed and excellent service all round. We will be reckoned to all our friends.
