Kevin and TK were very friendly and knowledgable, offered a great service and were not at all pushy, very happy with the service. TK make a great cup of coffee too.

The staff allowed us time to wander and browse the products without being intrusive but at the same time available if we need them. They also interacted with our children which took the pressure of when making our decision. The sales rep - Kevin and his other colleagues were great

Made very welcome by a very pleasent salesman. Very knowledgable, knew the products well. Helped me make the right decision to suit my needs. Did not bully or pester me. Gave me time to look around at other products, before I was very professionally set up the delivery and costs.

Terry our assistant was product efficient, knowledgable wanted us to shop at Dream and have a good experience and find the right product for us. He did and we look forward to delivery.

Roger and Terry were extremely helpful in helping us find the right bed. Terry also help to explain what we needed to do when putting the bed together. I like the fact that I didn't feel pressured to by anything and we even had a laugh and a joke. They are what ever shop needs there attitudes are fantastic.

The sales assistants didnt badger you while in the store. They gave a friendly welcome, let you know you could ask any questions when needed, but let you browse at your own leisure.

We did not know what type of mattress we wanted when we entered the store but thanks to some good questioning by the assistant we made a choice within 10 minutes

Terry was really helpful and let us know about ordering online vs in the store and how long the order would take. He was also very knowledgable about the products and took time with my 5 year old to make sure she picked the mattress she liked.

TK was friendly and helpful from the point we walked in. He spent time with us and was patient and good humoured. His product knowledge was really good and he made us feel comfortable. A really nice guy. Refreshing to get good customer service.He made us a coffee whilst we decided the best option on a bed, mattress and bedroom furniture. Having also visited the Shirley store the week prior the service we got here was so much better. Steve the manager spoke to us as we were arranging the order and he was really pleasant too. The store itself was larger and had a nicer feel than Shirley.

I attended the Redditch store. TK was the most knowledgeable and friendly salesperson I have come across. I felt at ease from the minute I walked into the store and never felt I was being swayed towards any particular product by TK, and more importantly I never felt under pressure to make any purchase. The concise information about your products ,and his genuine interest into what product I was after prove invaluable in selecting the correct product for me. He freely allowed me to browse and test all products I wanted without hovering over me or interjecting , but checking I was ok periodically as I moved around the store. The sales transaction was equally as smooth and I didn't feel rushed into making a purchase but when I did TK took the time to make sure I wasn't rushed during payment and we even carried on with our chat after the transaction was completed. He is a real credit to your company
