Very friendly staff not at all pushy and a good range of beds to choose from

Your Sales Assistant (Rima) is what made the difference. I needed help in understanding the differences between the various mattresses and she gave clear and concise explanations with no pressure to chose a "better" product. She gave me the information I needed and lead me to make my own choice. Excellent sales technique!

The assistant came to us within a couple of minutes, we told him that we were looking for a small double mattress. He explained the colour coding system of the mattresses which, from a customers pint of view is a very good idea. Then he offered us a cup of tea or coffee and left us to look around and try the mattresses while he went to make us the coffee. He was available if we had any questions but did not hassle us - perfect. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses, pocket springs, memory foam etc. He was polite and friendly, he even laughed at my husband's rubbish jokes! The young man's name badge said TK and he was very professional and a credit to your company.

We were only browsing with a view to a future purchase but the quality of the product coupled with the help and advice given by the Dreams salesman meant that we were delighted to give our custom to Dreams. We left the store knowing that we made the right choice.

Tk was an amazing member of staff and knew his knowledge of the products you provide. He listened to my needs and my reasons for buying a new mattress. He wasn't pushy with regard to making a sale and just genuinely warmed to us and had good banter whilst maintaining a professional level of customer service. If I need to make any further purchases I shall certainly return to him for further help.

from the moment we entered the store we were made welcome the asistant showed us all types of matreses and diferent prices he did not try to push a higher priced matres but told us to try them all he even gave us pillows for our comfort and left us to talk. this assistant was very ploite and mos helpfull it was an actual plesant time we spent in the store chatting and joking with the team well done guys. mr.and mrs logan. very satisfied customers

The advisors that dealt with my enquiry were extremely knowledgable and helpful. They showed me a range of beds and mattresses and headboards that could suit my needs. They spend some considerably time pricing up different combinations and checking on expected delivery times for me. They could not have handled my customer experience and purchases any more effectively.
