TK and team were very helpful, they helped me and my wife choose our items, they spent time with us and covered off all our questions to the satisfaction of both me and my wife. TK was particularly helpful and spent some time explaining the differences between the mattresses, although i was looking for a bed frame he took time to sort my other questions which i liked, and he did not push me to make a decision, I went back the next day and spent £1200 on a bed frame and will be back in a few months to spend another £1100 on a mattress, all in all a good days work for the boys in Redditch

I was helped straight away, offered a drink within in a few minutes and looking at all the different types of mattresses within 5 minutes. Brilliant service, friendly people and very clean shop. 10 out of 10 service. Very happy customer.

The help and assistance from TK was excellent from start to finish, not at all pushy and could tell when to assist and when to let us browse. His product knowledge was superb and helped us to choose a great product that suited both my girlfriend and I. Lots of people in sales positions think they need to over complicate the product or talk over you, this didn't happen at all. TK was quietly spoken, extremely polite and actually good fun once he got to know us better. The sign of a good salesman is when he knows how to treat different customers, not everyone wants to be called Sir or Madam for the hour or so, TK obviously understands this and does it very well. Obviously the product range at dreams is excellent, that's why we decided to go but with people like TK selling the products it makes shopping on Bank Holiday Monday much easier. The best endorsement I can give is that I run my own business and I'd happily have TK working for me dealing with my customers.

Roger and team at Dreams Redditch were extremely friendly and professional and gave us great advice and information about the new mattress we wanted to buy.From the welcoming drink to the final purchase of the matress we were treated very well. An amazing experience and we cant wait for the delivery of our long awaited new matresss.

I was assisted by Terry and the team and he was very friendly & knowledgable. He listened to my requirements and suggested relevant products for me to try based on this information. He even offered to stay late as I didn't have time to complete my purchase during my lunch break and returned after work

We visited your team in redditch and was served by a gentleman called terry last Sunday. An extremely knowledgeable man who was very friendly, offered us coffee and was in no rush for us to decide what we wanted. He even asked another member of team to assist him to place a second mattress onto a particular bed in order to give us an idea what the height of our new bed would be . Would not hesitate to visit again, I. Fact we will do as not picked our bedding or headboard yet

The layout of the store was very good, and there were a wide range of products on offer, backed up by helpful staff

Welcoming and efficient staff. Listened to our requirements and was very knowledgeable in identifying which would best suit our needs. Service was personable and not pushy.

The staff were extremely friendly but did not harass us from the moment we walked through the door. They were clear with all of our queries and was more than willing to help out. Offers of Tea and coffee were available too. It was very pleasant.

We were welcomed, shown the stock, educated in mattress science and left to shop by one sales person and with minimum fuss.
